Mohammad treated every early prototype, starting with his first coffee table, not just as furniture, but as a rigorous test of physics and design. His process was quiet and methodical, ensuring that the hundredth piece matched the first in accuracy and performance. Today, Redxsport has evolved from that single workspace into a trusted provider of solid-wood furniture, celebrated for consistency, verified strength, and enduring craft.

• Premium Lumber: We utilize Oak, Walnut, Ash, and Maple sourced from trusted U.S. leaders like Weyerhaeuser, Baillie Lumber, and Frank Miller Lumber. All materials come with full chain-of-custody documentation, are climate-rested, and grain-matched for superior stability.
• World-Class Hardware: Movement defines the lifespan of furniture. We use only the best-in-class hardware from Blum, Häfele, Hettich, Accuride, and Sugatsune.
• Traceability: Every material lot is coded and logged. This means we maintain a permanent record of exactly what went into your specific piece of furniture.

• Design & Verification: Our design process runs parallel with build testing. Concepts are proven via bench mockups to perfect proportions before production begins.
• Rigorous Testing: Every order follows a detailed “Route Sheet” tracking it from raw lumber to final assembly. We record critical metrics—corner squareness, diagonal alignment, and hinge torque.
• Final Inspection: Before leaving our shop, drawers are tested for travel smoothness, and hardware is tightened to exact manufacturer specifications.
